A short, plain-language notice for using Balloon, an independent interface for launching and following pump.fun coins on Solana, with one shared balloon game on top. By using Balloon, you accept these terms and the risks of public blockchain activity.
Independent interface
Balloon is an independently maintained interface to public onchain software. It is not pump.fun, PumpSwap, PumpPortal, Jupiter, Raydium, or any other service it uses or links to, and it is not affiliated with them. Anyone may use it where that use is lawful.
What the interface does
Balloon lets you launch a pump.fun coin, discover coins launched through it, and inspect them, and it runs one shared balloon that trades on those coins pump. To launch, you sign one payment in your own wallet, and Balloon's launch wallet then creates the coin on pump.fun. Your wallet decides whether to sign each request. Balloon never holds your private keys or your assets.
Fees
A launch costs 0.1 SOL, paid once to Balloon's launch wallet, plus Solana's network fee for that payment. pump.fun's own cost of creating the coin is paid by Balloon out of the 0.1 SOL. Balloon's launch wallet is the on-chain creator of every coin, so pump.fun pays it the creator fees of every coin, and all of them go into the pot of the live balloon; the launcher does not receive them. Balloon adds no trading fee of its own. If a payment arrives but the coin cannot be created, it is refunded by hand.
The balloon
Every buy or sell of at least 0.01 SOL on a coin launched on Balloon pumps the live balloon once, counted in chain order; smaller trades and trades by Balloon's own wallets do not count. Each balloon pops at a secret pump number drawn at random between 50 and 500, whose hash is published before the balloon goes up and whose secret is shown when it pops. The wallet that made the popping trade wins that balloon's pot: the creator fees counted into it from its start up to and including the popping trade.
A pot is recorded publicly as owed to the winning wallet, with its amount and reason, and Balloon sends it by hand from its own wallet. Payouts are not automatic and can take time. Trading does not guarantee a pump will win, the size of any pot, or any return; pots depend on pump.fun's creator fees, which pump.fun sets and can change. Balloon may pause the game or change the rules for balloons that have not gone up yet; a balloon whose hash is already published keeps the rules it was published with. Games of chance are restricted in some places, and you are responsible for the rules that apply to you.
No trading or advice
Balloon does not provide or intermediate swaps, trade routing, brokerage, presales, or investment advice. Coins trade on pump.fun, PumpSwap, Jupiter, and other independent venues. Apart from the balloon's pot, Balloon promises no rewards, airdrops, staking, or revenue share, and does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any coin.
User-created coins
Coins are created solely at a launcher's direction. Balloon is not their issuer, sponsor, promoter, partner, auditor, or guarantor, even though its launch wallet is each coin's on-chain creator. A coin appearing on Balloon is not an endorsement. The launcher is responsible for the coin's name, picture, description, links, and promotion, and for complying with applicable law. Balloon may flag a picture as NSFW, which can hide that coin from lists.
Your responsibility and risk
Check the amounts, addresses, and warnings before signing. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. pump.fun coins are extremely volatile and can lose all their value. Coins, bonding curves, pools, programs, wallets, networks, and third-party services such as pump.fun and PumpPortal can fail, change, or stop. You are solely responsible for every action you authorize.
As-is service
The interface and its data are provided as-is and as-available, without promises about uptime, security, accuracy, price, liquidity, or outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balloon's maintainers and contributors are not liable for losses arising from use of the interface, onchain systems, or third-party services.
